Security Emergencies

1. If you encounter:
   • A disruptive or hostile individual
   • Someone making threats
   • A suspicious person
   • Harassing or threatening phone calls
2. Call Vanderbilt Police:
   • Call 911 from any campus phone
   • Call (615)421-1911 from any other phone
3. Tell them:
   • Your location
   • Description of subjects
   • Description of events
   • Types of weapons and threats
4. Stay on the phone until instructed otherwise.
